Scotoil Services (Middle East) Ltd and Gulf Environment Company LLC (GENCO) have joined forces to deliver a unique suite of services for the Middle East market.

Based in Abu Dhabi, GENCO has close on 30 years' experience in providing environmental solutions for the oil and gas industry in the United Arab Emirates.

Through its alliance with Scotoil, GENCO now offers its clients a specialist expertise to deal with the issues surrounding the contamination of oilfield equipment by naturally occurring radioactive material (NORM) scale.

Scotoil Service's senior RPS (Radiological Protection Supervisor) Dave Low is pictured with ESNAAD employees, after successful completion of a two day NORM (Naturally Occurring Radioactive Material) Awareness Course, which was held at ESNAAD's Musaffah base training facility on 21st & 22nd of December 2004.

Together GENCO and Scotoil provide the complete NORM identification and control package that includes:
