Scotoil Properties was formed to mastermind the complex issues surrounding the redevelopment of the Scotoil Group site.

One of the most prominent land holdings in the area between Aberdeen Harbour and Aberdeen Beach, the Scotoil site was also beset with historical contamination resulting from a former gas and chemical works.

The strategy that Scotoil Properties implemented has resulted in the clean up of 150 years of industrial contamination, the development of a new retail park and the release of capital to invest in plant and equipment for the mainstream activities of the Scotoil Group.
