Equipment decontamination
Scotoil Services operates the first UK onshore facility for the removal of NORM scale, sometimes known as LSA scale. NORM scale builds up over time and may ultimately render oilfield equipment unfit for use. Scotoil Services' water jetting operation specialises in the safe removal and disposal of NORM scale.
 

Instrumentation
Scotoil Services Instrumentation department provides an unrivalled radiological instrumentation service. This encompasses sales, hire, calibration, certification and maintenance of contamination monitors.This comprehensive service is supported by our Radiological Protection Advisers, Dr Brian Heaton and Miss Penny Wade.
