Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal details are only collected if you are willing to provide them, i.e. through registration, the completion of forms or data sheets provided on the website, as part of an order for products or services, enquiries or requests, or similar situations, for which you have chosen to provide us with the information.
The database and its contents are kept and remain stored in data processors or servers belonging to third parties acting on our behalf and who have a responsibility towards us. Your personal data will not be made available by us or our agents for third-party use in any way, unless we have obtained your prior express consent or when required to by law.
Tradebe will maintain control and assume responsibility for the use of personal data disclosed to us. Some of this data may be stored or processed on computers or servers located in other jurisdictions, such as the United States of America, whose data protection legislation may differ from the legislation where you live. In such cases, we will ensure that the necessary protection is in place to demand that the data processor in that country applies data protection measures that are equivalent to those applicable in the country where you live.
We also inform you that your data may be shared with companies belonging to the Tradebe Group to meet the same information requirements. This will only be done where necessary. Companies belonging to the Tradebe Group are those companies or bodies that are listed in the annual accounts.
Tradebe guarantees that it has adopted the relevant technical and organisational security measures in accordance with the provisions laid down in Regulation 2016/679, of 27th April 2016, of the European Parliament and Council (henceforth GDPR) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of 21st December, that approves the Organic Law 15/1999, of 13th December, on the Protection of Personal Data (henceforth LOPD), the latter only insofar as it does not contravene the provisions of the GDPR.

Change of Ownership
